I was handled very professionally. There was a car waiting for me when I left my car for service. Turns out they had to keep my car overnight, my advisor, Mark. called and explained. I appreciate the info being current with me.

Yearly maintenance
Awesome service. Kayla went above and beyond to ensure a worry free experience. She contacted me the day before my appt to determine if I needed a loaner and rescheduled my appt so that one would be available. That was very much appreciated since, I live an hour away from the dealership. Kayla kept me apprised of the service progress and was very accommodating.

Ramon at Mercedes Sprinter
He has been a great person to work with. Our complaint has nothing to do with his great service. It has to do with frustration we have incurred with the Radio and GPS in our Mercedes Sprinter. Both stopped working at less than 12,000 miles. The GPS had us floating around in the boon docks in northern Mexico and we have never been there. I would think that Mercedes Sprinter warranty would have stepped in to make the problem solved for the customer. Mercedes reviews online tell a different story. Very poor service by Mercedes as a whole. We are 80 years old this year and I am disabled from the Viet Nam war. I expected better communication and service from Mercedes. Their overall service to us since we purchased the RV have been non-existent. Things that they should have fixed were never done. We made a mistake when we purchased a Mercedes product and now we are paying for it.
